For an extra touch of flavor, brush the tops of the baked rolls with melted butter. These rolls freeze well. Allow them to cool completely before freezing in an airtight container. If you don't have a stand mixer, you can knead the dough by hand on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic. Make sure your water isn't too hot or it will kill the yeast. Lukewarm is ideal.
