For a milder salsa, remove the membranes from the jalapeños before dicing. If you like spice, leave some seeds in. If you don't have fresh lime juice, bottled lime juice can be used, but fresh is always preferred. This salsa is best served chilled. It can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
