For an even richer flavor, use homemade turkey stock. Add a splash of sherry or white wine to the soup during the last few minutes of simmering for an extra layer of complexity. If you don't have fettuccine, any small pasta shape will work well. Adjust the amount of stuffing to your liking. More stuffing will create a thicker soup with a more pronounced stuffing flavor. The soup will thicken as it cools. If you find it too thick, add a little more turkey broth or half-and-half to reach your desired consistency.
