Indulge in the simple pleasure of warm, caramelized peaches kissed by the air fryer's magic. Stuffed with a buttery, spiced oat crumble, these peaches offer a delightful contrast of textures and flavors. A drizzle of cream elevates this dessert to pure bliss, though a dollop of whipped cream or scoop of ice cream is equally welcome.

Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare Ingredients & Preheat: Gather all ingredients. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). (5 minutes)

02

Step

Make Crumble Topping: In a small bowl, combine the quick-cooking oats, melted butter, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well until evenly moistened. Set aside. (2 minutes)

03

Step

Prepare Peaches: Gently spoon out a small amount of flesh from the center of each peach half to create a larger cavity for the filling. (3 minutes)

04

Step

First Air Fry: Place the peach halves, skin side up, in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 minutes to soften the peaches. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Add Crumble & Final Air Fry: Turn the peach halves over and spoon approximately 1/2 tablespoon of the oat mixture into each cavity, mounding it slightly. Air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the oat topping is golden brown and crispy. (3 minutes)

06

Step

Serve: Remove the air-fried peaches from the basket. Serve immediately with a drizzle of cream, whipped cream, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.

For a richer flavor, use browned butter in the crumble topping.
Add chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts to the crumble for extra crunch.
A pinch of nutmeg in the crumble complements the cinnamon beautifully.
Adjust air frying time depending on the size and ripeness of your peaches.
If you don't have brown sugar, you can use white sugar with a touch of molasses.
The peaches can also be grilled on a regular grill. Place the peaches on a sheet of foil.
