Sear and Glaze: Place the pork chops on the preheated grill and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until nicely browned. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Lightly brush the glaze onto each side of the chops. Continue grilling, flipping occasionally and brushing with glaze every few minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). This should take approximately 7-9 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of your chops. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure accurate doneness. (15-20 minutes)
