In a large bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, softened vegan cream cheese, chopped spinach, flour, garlic salt, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. (5 minutes)

Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Transfer the spinach artichoke mixture to the prepared dish, spreading it evenly. (2 minutes)

Bake in the preheated oven until the dip is heated through and bubbly, approximately 25 minutes. (25 minutes)

Remove from oven and sprinkle the grated vegan Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the dip. Return to the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden. (5 minutes)

For a richer flavor, consider adding 2 tablespoons of vegan mayonnaise to the mixture.
If you don't have fresh spinach, you can substitute 10 ounces of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your preference for heat.
To prepare in advance, assemble the dip and store it in the refrigerator until ready to bake. You may need to add a few minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
