Recipe View Peel the garlic and crush to release juices. In a large skillet, sear the chicken in 1 tablespoon olive oil and white wine. Place all of the garlic in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and place chicken on top. Sprinkle a dash of ground black pepper over the top. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until the juices run clear. (Cook time: 45 minutes)

Recipe View In a medium skillet saute the onion in 1 teaspoon of olive oil and butter/margarine, until it is soft and golden. Add the tomatoes and your favorite fresh herbs to taste. Stir together and remove from heat. (Cook time: 15 minutes)

Recipe View To Make Pasta: Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water about 8 to 10 minutes, until it is al dente. Drain and place pasta on a long, very shallow serving dish. Pour tomato sauce over it, then place baked garlic chicken pieces on top with some or all of the garlic. Serve. (Cook time: 10 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, marinate the chicken in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and herbs for at least 30 minutes before searing.
Feel free to substitute other types of pasta, such as fettuccine or linguine, if tagliatelle is not available.
If you don't have fresh rosemary, dried rosemary can be used. Use about 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary for every tablespoon of fresh rosemary.
Adjust the amount of garlic to your liking. For a milder flavor, use fewer cloves; for a more intense garlic flavor, use more.

Easy to follow and delicious. I added a pinch of red pepper flakes to the tomato sauce for a little heat.

This recipe is a keeper! The garlic-infused chicken is so flavorful, and the tomato sauce is the perfect complement.

I was a bit skeptical about using so much garlic, but it turned out amazing! My family loved it.
