Pour lemon juice into the skillet; swirl to pick up browned bits off the bottom of the skillet, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour over fillets.

Spoon tomato mixture over fillets before serving.

The tapenade is incredibly versatile! Try it tossed with pasta, spread on crostini as an appetizer, or served over other mild fish or chicken.
Consider making a double batch of the tapenade and freezing half for a taste of summer during colder months.
For a richer flavor, add a clove of minced garlic to the tapenade while cooking.
If you don't have green tomatoes, you can substitute with tomatillos.
