Bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden brown, cheese is melted, and tomatoes are curled at the edges, about 20 minutes. (20 minutes)
For a deeper flavor, try using a Dijon mustard instead of grainy brown mustard.
Add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for an extra layer of savory flavor.
If your tomatoes are very juicy, you can salt them lightly and let them drain for 30 minutes before adding them to the tart to prevent a soggy crust.
