For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in half of the gochujang sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the amount of gochujang to your spice preference. Start with less and add more to taste. If you don't have sweet rice wine (mirin), you can substitute it with a mixture of dry sherry and a teaspoon of sugar. Serve with a side of kimchi or other Korean banchan for a complete meal.
