In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, sriracha, and ground black pepper until the glaze is smooth and well combined. (Approximately 2 minutes)

Preheat your outdoor grill to high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate to prevent sticking. (Approximately 5 minutes)

Place the corn on the preheated grill and generously brush with the prepared soy glaze. Grill for 5 minutes, rotating occasionally to prevent burning.

Turn the corn to the other side and brush with the remaining glaze. Continue to grill until the corn is tender and slightly charred, about 5 minutes more, rotating for even cooking. (Approximately 5 minutes)

Remove from grill and serve immediately.

For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a teaspoon of grated fresh ginger to the glaze.
If you don't have an outdoor grill, you can broil the corn in the oven. Place the corn on a baking sheet and broil for 5-7 minutes per side, or until tender and slightly charred, brushing with glaze as directed.
Adjust the amount of sriracha to your preferred level of spiciness.
For a vegetarian option, ensure your hoisin sauce is vegetarian-friendly.
Fresh corn is key to the success of this recipe. Look for ears with plump, milky kernels.
