For an extra crispy crust, preheat the baking sheet in the oven before placing the pizza dough on it. If you don't have Pecorino Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese can be substituted. Feel free to adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your spice preference. The dough can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Bring to room temperature before stretching and baking. If the breadcrumb topping starts to brown too quickly, tent the pizza with foil during the last few minutes of baking.
