Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a large resealable plastic bag, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and dry mustard. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Add pork tenderloin pieces to the bag, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade. Squeeze out any excess air and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight, for maximum flavor penetration. (1 hour - overnight)

03

Step

Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Remove the pork from the marinade and shake off any excess. Discard the remaining marinade. (2 minutes)

05

Step

Grill the pork on the preheated grill until nicely seared and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork, approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side. For optimal doneness, an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a piece should read at least 145 degrees F (65 degrees C). (8-10 minutes)

For a richer flavor, try using a dark honey such as buckwheat or chestnut honey.
To ensure even cooking, make sure the pork pieces are roughly the same size.
Let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful final product.
Serve this grilled pork tenderloin with a side of roasted vegetables, rice pilaf, or a fresh salad for a complete and satisfying meal.
