Spread 1/2 of the Thousand Island dressing over the hot crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the Swiss cheese. Arrange the corned beef on top of the cheese, then drizzle with the remaining salad dressing. Top with sauerkraut and remaining Swiss cheese. Sprinkle with caraway seed. (10 minutes)

Bake for another 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese melts and toppings are heated through. (10 minutes)

Sprinkle with chopped pickle. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for a few minutes before adding the toppings.
If you can't find whole wheat dough, a regular pizza dough works just as well.
