Follow The Directions

01

Step
2 mins

Combine all ingredients – ice, skim milk, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, frozen banana chunks, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and vanilla extract – in a blender.

02

Step
2 mins

Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. (Approximately 1-2 minutes)

For a thicker shake, use more ice or a slightly more frozen banana.
Adjust the spices to your preference. If you prefer a stronger spice flavor, add another pinch of each.
To make this shake vegan, substitute the skim milk with almond milk, soy milk, or any other plant-based milk alternative.
If you don't have frozen banana, you can use a fresh banana and add a few more ice cubes to achieve the desired consistency.
