Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a 1-pint Mason jar or similar container, gently layer the steel-cut oats at the bottom. (2 minutes)

02

Step

Spoon in the yogurt, followed by the fresh blueberries, and sprinkle the stevia powder evenly over the top. (3 minutes)

03

Step

Pour the coconut milk over the mixture, ensuring it covers all the oats. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients. (2 minutes)

04

Step

Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the flavors. (8+ hours)

For a thicker consistency, use Greek yogurt.
Feel free to experiment with other fruits like raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries.
A drizzle of honey or maple syrup can be used in place of stevia, if desired.
For a warmer breakfast, microwave for 1-2 minutes before serving.
If you don't have a mason jar, any container with a lid will work.

I was skeptical about the stevia, but it works perfectly in this recipe.

The oats were a little too soft for my liking, next time I will reduce the amount of coconut milk.
