Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

In a medium bowl, gently combine the Greek yogurt, extra-virgin olive oil, chopped mint, chopped dill, and kosher salt. (5 minutes)

02

Step
2 mins

Stir until well combined and the herbs are evenly distributed. (2 minutes)

03

Step
12 hrs

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours, or up to 24 hours, to allow the flavors to meld and the Labneh to thicken. (12-24 hours)

For a thicker Labneh, strain the yogurt through cheesecloth for a few hours before mixing.
Experiment with different herbs like za'atar, sumac, or thyme.
Drizzle with additional olive oil and sprinkle with paprika or red pepper flakes for an extra layer of flavor.
