For a more intense watermelon flavor, use a high-quality, very ripe watermelon. Adjust the amount of lime juice to your preference. Start with 1/4 cup and add more to taste. If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can still make this sorbet! Pour the chilled mixture into a shallow freezer-safe dish and freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals. This will result in a slightly icier texture, but still delicious. To easily juice your limes, roll them firmly on the counter before cutting and squeezing.
