Incorporate turmeric, curry powder, hing powder, chili powder, and cinnamon into the garlic mixture until the garlic is browned. (approximately 3 minutes)

Add edamame and broccoli to the spice mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender. (approximately 5 minutes). Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.

Drizzle sesame oil atop the vegetables to enhance the flavor and aroma.

Spoon the fragrant vegetables over the fluffy couscous and serve immediately.

Feel free to experiment with other vegetables such as zucchini, string beans, eggplant, carrots, snow peas, or celery.
