Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare the Impossible™ Burger mixture: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the Impossible™ Burger and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and slightly crispy, about 10 minutes. (10 minutes)

02

Step

Introduce aromatics: Add half of the chopped onion and the minced garlic to the skillet. Season with salt and cumin. Cook, stirring frequently, until the onion is softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Warm the tortillas: Lightly spray a separate skillet with nonstick spray. Warm the flour tortillas, one at a time, over low heat until pliable and lightly toasted, about 30 seconds per side. Keep warm in a tortilla warmer or wrapped in a clean kitchen towel. (3 minutes)

04

Step

Assemble the tacos: Fill each warm tortilla with the seasoned Impossible™ Burger mixture. Top with the remaining raw onion, diced tomato, queso fresco, and fresh cilantro.

05

Step

Serve: Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos. Serve immediately with the remaining lime wedges.

For extra flavor, try grilling the tortillas for a smoky char.
Add a dollop of your favorite salsa or hot sauce for an extra kick.
Queso fresco can be substituted with cotija cheese or crumbled feta.
Feel free to experiment with other toppings like pickled onions, avocado, or a drizzle of crema.
To prevent the tortillas from tearing, avoid overfilling them and be gentle when folding.
