For an extra crispy coating, double-dredge the chicken tenders: flour, honey-mustard, bread crumbs, then back into honey-mustard and bread crumbs again. If you don't have Italian-seasoned bread crumbs, add a pinch of dried oregano, basil, and parsley to plain bread crumbs. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces. Ranch, ketchup, or a honey-mustard dipping sauce are all excellent choices. Ensure chicken tenders are fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
