For a dairy-free version, substitute the yogurt with coconut yogurt or another dairy-free alternative. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your preference. If you prefer a colder smoothie, use frozen soy milk cubes in place of some of the liquid soy milk. A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg can add a warm, comforting note to the smoothie. This smoothie is best consumed immediately. If you need to store it, do so in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but be aware that the texture may change.
