Grill the Duck: Remove the duck breasts from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Discard the used marinade. Place the duck breasts on the preheated grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast should read 130-135°F (54-57°C). For medium, aim for 135-140°F (57-60°C). Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C). (10-15 minutes)
