For a smoother texture, you can blend a portion of the gazpacho before chilling. Reserve some of the diced vegetables to stir in before serving for added texture. Adjust the amount of hot pepper sauce to your spice preference. A pinch of cayenne pepper can also be used. Fresh herbs, such as cilantro or oregano, make a beautiful and flavorful garnish. Serve the gazpacho ice-cold in chilled bowls or glasses. Gazpacho can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
