For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture. If you don't have fresh corn, frozen corn works perfectly well. Ensure it's thawed before grilling. Adjust the amount of garlic to your personal preference. For a milder flavor, reduce the minced garlic slightly. To prevent the foil from sticking to the corn, lightly grease the inside of the foil with cooking spray before wrapping. Leftover grilled corn can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the grill before serving.
