If the dough is too sticky, gradually add more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it becomes manageable. Cardamom is key to Pulla's unique flavor. Don't skip it! For a beautiful shine, brush the loaves with egg wash twice before baking. Store baked pulla wrapped tightly in plastic wrap or in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
