For a smokier flavor, use smoked paprika instead of regular paprika. Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to your desired level of heat. A pinch more or less can make a significant difference! If you prefer a salt-free seasoning, simply omit the salt from the recipe and add it to your fajitas separately. This seasoning is also fantastic as a dry rub for grilled chicken or ribs. Simply rub it on the meat 30 minutes before grilling.
