For a smoother salsa, add a tablespoon or two of water while processing.
If you prefer a milder flavor, remove the seeds from the tomatoes before adding them to the food processor.
This salsa is best served chilled, allowing the flavors to meld together. Prepare it a few hours ahead of time for optimal taste.
