Follow The Directions

01

Step
2 mins

In a high-powered blender, combine the cubed watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, thawed raspberries, thawed strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.

02

Step
3 mins

Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and vibrant in color. (Approximately 2-3 minutes)

03

Step
4 mins

Carefully pour the blended fruit puree into your desired ice pop molds, filling each to the top.

04

Step

Cover the molds tightly with aluminum foil. Gently poke a wooden popsicle stick through the center of the foil into each mold.

05

Step

Transfer the filled molds to the freezer and freeze until solid. (Approximately 4 hours, or preferably overnight)

For a sugar-free option, omit the white sugar or substitute with a natural sweetener like agave or honey, adjusting to your taste.
Feel free to experiment with different melon and berry combinations to create your own signature flavor profile.
To easily remove the frozen cubes from the molds, briefly dip the bottom of the molds in warm water for a few seconds.

I didn't have all the melons on hand, so I used what I had and it still turned out great. Very adaptable recipe.

These were a huge hit with my kids! I love that they're made with real fruit and no artificial ingredients.

I added a splash of lime juice for an extra zing. So refreshing on a hot day!
