If you don't have a food processor, you can use a high-powered blender, but you may need to strain the mixture more thoroughly. Adjust the amount of sweetened condensed milk to your liking. For a less sweet horchata, start with half the can and add more to taste. For a boozy version, add 1-2 ounces of white rum or coconut rum to each serving.
