If you don't have confectioners' sugar, you can make your own by grinding granulated sugar in a high-speed blender or food processor until it reaches a powdery consistency. A pinch of salt can enhance the chocolate flavor and balance the sweetness. To make a mocha version, add 1 teaspoon of instant espresso powder along with the cocoa powder.
