For a richer flavor, use sun-dried tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes. Add a splash of dry white wine to the skillet along with the tomatoes for added depth of flavor. Garnish with fresh basil leaves for a pop of color and freshness. If you don't have Italian Herb Saute Starter, you can substitute with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
