For a richer flavor, use lamb in addition to, or instead of, the ground beef or pork.
Feel free to add other vegetables like eggplant or zucchini to the meat mixture.
If you don't have fresh parsley, dried parsley can be substituted, but use about half the amount.
Ensure the yogurt is plain and not sweetened or flavored for the best results.
