Follow The Directions

01

Step

Gather all ingredients. (Prep time: 5 minutes)

02

Step

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in tomato sauce and Sriracha; bring to a simmer. Stir in water until smooth and incorporated.

03

Step

Stir in pasta and cook on medium heat, stirring often, until the sauce has thickened and the pasta is al dente (16–18 minutes).

04

Step

Stir in heavy cream; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce coats pasta (about 1 minute). Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy (about 1 minute). If the sauce starts to get too thick, add additional water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until pasta has the desired consistency.

05

Step

Spoon pasta into a serving bowl and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and savor the moment.

For an extra layer of flavor, try browning the butter before adding the garlic.
Adjust the amount of Sriracha to your spice preference.
Feel free to experiment with different types of pasta! Penne or rotini would also work well.
A sprinkle of fresh basil or parsley adds a vibrant touch.
