Follow The Directions

01

Step
15 mins

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
10 mins

In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic and herb cheese spread, softened cream cheese, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until thoroughly blended and smooth. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the cheese mixture while preparing the mushrooms. (5 minutes)

03

Step
12 mins

Pour the olive oil into a shallow bowl. One at a time, dip each mushroom cap into the olive oil, ensuring it's fully coated. Place the oiled mushroom caps face down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper.(10 minutes)

04

Step
10 mins

Bake in the preheated oven until the mushrooms are tender, approximately 12 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the mushrooms cool slightly. Replace the top sheet of parchment paper with a clean sheet. (15 minutes)

05

Step
12 mins

Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the prepared cheese mixture. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet. (10 minutes)

06

Step

Return the baking sheet to the oven and continue baking until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden, about 12 minutes more. (12 minutes)

07

Step

Remove from oven. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the stuffed mushrooms before serving. (2 minutes)

For a deeper flavor, consider sautéing the reserved mushroom stems with a little garlic and herbs, then finely chopping and adding them to the cheese mixture.
A sprinkle of fresh thyme or parsley after baking adds a pop of color and freshness.
These stuffed mushrooms can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake. Add a few minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
