In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, tomato, avocado, cucumber, feta cheese, red onion, corn, and black beans. Gently toss to combine. (5 minutes)

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well emulsified. (2 minutes)

Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients. (2 minutes)

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the dressing.
Feel free to add grilled chicken or shrimp for a heartier meal.
If you don't have pickling cucumbers on hand, feel free to substitute with normal cucumbers.
Make the dressing ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
