Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare the Crust: Line the bottom of a 7- to 7 1/2-inch springform pan with parchment paper. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in the melted butter until well combined. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and about 1 inch up the sides of the prepared pan. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, 1/3 cup of sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt. (2 minutes)

04

Step

Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy. (3 minutes)

05

Step

Add the eggs one at a time, beating on low speed just until each egg is incorporated. Be careful not to overmix. (2 minutes)

06

Step

Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading evenly. (1 minute)

07

Step

Air Fry the Cheesecake: Carefully place the springform pan into the air fryer basket. (1 minute)

08

Step

Set the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and cook for 15 minutes. (15 minutes)

09

Step

Reduce the temperature to 240°F (115°C) and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. The center of the cheesecake should still appear slightly wet and may jiggle a bit. (20 minutes)

10

Step

Cool and Chill: Transfer the cheesecake to a wire rack and let it cool for about 15 minutes. (15 minutes)

11

Step

Using a small, sharp knife or a thin spatula, carefully loosen the cheesecake from the sides of the springform pan. Allow it to cool completely, about 30 minutes more. (45 minutes)

12

Step

Remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Cover it and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set completely. (240 minutes)

13

Step

Garnish and Serve: Before serving, drizzle generously with chocolate sauce and caramel sauce. Sprinkle with chopped toasted pecans. (2 minutes)

For an even richer flavor, use dark chocolate sauce.
If you don't have toasted pecans, you can toast them yourself in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few minutes, or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
To prevent the cheesecake from cracking, place a small bowl of water inside the air fryer during cooking. This adds moisture and helps maintain an even temperature.
If the top of the cheesecake starts to brown too quickly, cover it loosely with foil during the last few minutes of cooking.
