Follow The Directions

01

Step

1. Assemble your ingredients for easy access. (5 minutes)

02

Step

2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and dill pickle juice. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of the chopped dill pickles. (10 minutes)

03

Step

3. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 3 hours, to allow the flavors to meld. About 30 minutes before serving, remove the dip from the refrigerator to allow it to come to room temperature. (30 minutes chilling + 30 minutes resting)

04

Step

4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish generously with the toasted panko breadcrumbs, fresh chopped dill, crushed potato chips, and the remaining 1/4 cup of chopped pickles. (5 minutes)

05

Step

5. Serve immediately with your favorite wavy potato chips for dipping. Enjoy! (1 minute)

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the dip.
If you don't have seasoned panko on hand, you can toast plain panko in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown, then season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of your favorite herbs.
Feel free to adjust the amount of dill pickle juice to your liking, depending on how tangy you prefer your dip.
