For a more intense lime flavor, add the zest of one lime to the cake batter and/or the topping. If you don't have Key lime juice, regular lime juice can be used, but the flavor will be slightly different. To prevent the cake from sticking, you can also line the baking pan with parchment paper. Garnish with whipped cream and lime slices for an elegant presentation.
