Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a deep-dish pie plate. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Roll out biscuits, one at a time, into thin, rough 7-inch circles. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese in the center of each. Top with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce and 2 tablespoons each of Swiss cheese, stuffing, and turkey. Pull the dough up around the filling, fully encasing it in the biscuit dough. Pinch to seal. Repeat with the remaining biscuits and fillings. (20 minutes)

03

Step

Place the bombs in the prepared pie plate, seam-sides down, arranging 7 bombs around the rim of the plate and 1 in the center. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Brush melted butter over the top of each bomb; season with flaked salt and ground black pepper. (3 minutes)

05

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until deep golden brown, rotating once halfway through, about 25 to 30 minutes. (30 minutes)

06

Step

Cool the bombs on a wire rack for about 15 minutes before serving. Serve warm with warmed gravy for dipping. (15 minutes)

For a richer flavor, consider using Gruyere cheese instead of Swiss.
If you don't have leftover gravy, a simple pan sauce made with turkey stock and a touch of cream works beautifully.
Feel free to experiment with other Thanksgiving leftovers, such as mashed potatoes or green bean casserole, in the filling.
