Assemble the Rolls: Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 30 seconds, until softened and pliable. Lay the wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place 2-3 basil leaves in the center, followed by 4-5 shrimp halves, a small portion of sliced pork, and a small amount of rice noodles. Sprinkle with cilantro, mint, and bean sprouts. Fold the sides of the wrapper inward, then tightly roll from the bottom up, like a burrito. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling. (Total time: ~30 minutes)
