Experience the delightful dance of tart and sweet with this Sloe Gin Fizz. The blackthorn plum-infused gin harmonizes beautifully with the citrusy lemon and a touch of sweetness, all lifted by the effervescence of club soda. A truly refreshing and elegant cocktail.

5 mins

Chill a highball glass by placing 2 ice cubes inside and setting it in the freezer. (5 minutes)

02

Step
2 mins

In a cocktail shaker, combine the sloe gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add 1 cup of ice, seal, and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels thoroughly chilled and frosted. (2 minutes)

03

Step
0 mins

Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass, removing the ice cubes first.

04

Step
1 mins

Gently stir in the chilled club soda to create a delightful fizz. (1 minute)

05

Step
1 mins

Garnish with a fresh slice of lemon and serve immediately. (1 minute)

For a sweeter cocktail, increase the simple syrup to 1 1/2 teaspoons.
Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best flavor.
If you don't have simple syrup, you can dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar in 1 teaspoon of warm water.
For an extra touch, rim the glass with sugar before adding the ice.
