Prepare the Glass: (1 minute) Moisten the rim of a highball glass or juice glass with a grapefruit wedge or a bit of water. Sprinkle fine sea salt evenly onto a small plate. Gently rotate the rim of the glass on the salted plate to create a salted rim. Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Combine Ingredients: (1 minute) Pour the chilled grapefruit juice and vodka into the prepared glass.

Stir and Serve: (30 seconds) Gently stir the mixture to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly.
For a less salty rim, only salt half of the glass rim.
Use fresh grapefruit juice for the best flavor. Bottled juice can be used, but the taste will not be as vibrant.
Adjust the amount of vodka to your preference. Some prefer a stronger or weaker cocktail.
Try different flavored vodkas, such as citrus or grapefruit, for a unique twist.
If you don't have a highball glass, a regular juice glass works perfectly fine.

Jun 3, 2025I found this recipe to be a bit too salty for my taste. Next time, I'll use less salt on the rim.
