For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Feel free to substitute your favorite vegetables – carrots, zucchini, or mushrooms would all be delicious additions. If you don't have fresh ginger on hand, you can use 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger. To meal prep, stir-fry the vegetables and meat separately and mix them with teriyaki sauce when ready to serve.
