Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare the fruit: Place the hulled and chopped strawberries and peeled and chopped bananas in separate freezer-safe containers or resealable plastic bags. (Prep time: 5 minutes)

02

Step

Freeze: Freeze the fruit for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely solid. (Freeze time: 2+ hours)

03

Step

Process Strawberries: Place the frozen strawberries in a food processor or high-powered blender. Process until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. (Process time: 2-5 minutes)

04

Step

Process Bananas: Repeat the process with the frozen bananas, blending until a smooth, ice cream-like consistency is achieved. (Process time: 2-5 minutes)

For best results, ensure the fruit is fully frozen before processing.
If the mixture seems too thick, add a tablespoon of water or fruit juice at a time until desired consistency is reached.
To enhance the flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice before processing.
Serve immediately for the best texture, or freeze for a firmer sorbet.
