5 mins

In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, natural peanut butter, raisins, and honey. (5 minutes)

02

Step
5 mins

Using a fork, begin to mix the ingredients. Once it becomes difficult to mix with a fork, use your hands to knead the mixture until everything is fully incorporated and evenly distributed. (5 minutes)

03

Step
10 mins

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. (10 minutes)

04

Step
1 hrs

Place the energy balls on a plate or in a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow them to firm up. (1 hour)

For a richer flavor, toast the rolled oats in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few minutes before using. Watch carefully to prevent burning!
Feel free to substitute other dried fruits like cranberries or chopped dates for the raisins.
Add a touch of spice with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
For a vegan option, use maple syrup or agave nectar instead of honey.
Get creative with add-ins! Consider chopped nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, or even a sprinkle of sea salt.
These energy balls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
