Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
10 mins

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir the ground beef until it's crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. This should take about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain off any excess grease to keep things light and flavorful.

03

Step
2 mins

Stir in the shredded Cheddar cheese and dry onion soup mix into the cooked beef. Mix well until the cheese is melted and gooey. (2 minutes)

04

Step
1 mins

Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated edges.

05

Step
15 mins

Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end, to encase the meat filling completely. Transfer the rolled crescent burgers to a baking sheet. (15 minutes)

06

Step
15 mins

Bake in the preheated oven until the crescent rolls are beautifully golden brown, approximately 15 minutes. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning!

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a touch of garlic powder or Worcestershire sauce to the ground beef while it's cooking.
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses! Pepper Jack, Monterey Jack, or even a blend of Italian cheeses would work wonderfully.
If you're short on time, pre-made meatballs can be used in place of ground beef. Just crumble them and mix with the cheese and onion soup mix.
Serve these Mini Crescent Roll Burgers with your favorite dipping sauces, such as ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, or a creamy sriracha mayo.
