Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain well in a colander; transfer to a large bowl, and cool completely in the refrigerator. (Approximately 30 minutes)

In the same bowl, gently toss together 1 cup mayonnaise, drained tuna, minced celery, and minced onion until well combined. Stir in the cooled macaroni, remaining 1 cup mayonnaise, halved grape tomatoes, and drained pimento-stuffed green olives. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. (Approximately 5 minutes)

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together beautifully. (Approximately 60 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a tablespoon of Dijon mustard or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the mayonnaise mixture.
Feel free to experiment with other vegetables, such as chopped bell peppers or sweet corn, to customize the salad to your liking.
If you prefer a lighter dressing, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise.
