For a delightful variation, add a few drops of rose water or a sprinkle of ground pistachios before freezing.
Feel free to adjust the amount of cardamom to your liking. Start with 1/2 teaspoon and add more if desired.
If you don't have white bread, you can substitute with other soft bread like brioche or challah.
For easier serving, consider using individual silicone molds instead of a baking dish or ice cube trays.

I added some saffron strands and it gave a beautiful color and aroma. Will definitely make it again!

@reviewer: Make sure your freezer is at the correct temperature and avoid opening the freezer frequently while the Kulfi is freezing. This can help prevent ice crystals from forming.

The bread makes it so creamy! I was skeptical, but it really works.

  • Cade Littel

My Kulfi was a bit icy. What did I do wrong?
