For a nuttier flavor, toast the farro in a dry pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes before cooking. If using whole farro, increase the cooking time to 15 minutes on high pressure. Cooked farro can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for longer storage.
